Hi! We are Erika and Tuca. We have lived in the US for over ten years, and of everything we’ve missed from Brazil, pão de queijo has always been number one.
Erika loves cooking, so we started making our own. We spent years working on the recipe until it had the taste and texture we remembered.
Now we’re sharing it with our neighbors, with the same care we put into making it for ourselves.
Made with care.
Best enjoyed with company.
Prepare straight from frozen.
Do not thaw.
345°F · Bake mode
About 15 minutes
Set the air fryer to 345°F on Bake mode. Cook from frozen for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through (optional) for a more even rise and a crisp outside.
Start checking at 10 minutes, then every 2 minutes, until golden to your liking.
345°F · Preheated
15–20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 345°F. Arrange the frozen cheese breads on a baking tray; do not thaw.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, checking toward the end, and remove when golden to your liking.
Times are a guide. Adjust for your appliance and the finish you enjoy, from a lighter outside to a deeper golden crust.
